The staff was attentive. I found the cleanliness amazing. My suite was super clean upon arrival. The gardens were beautifully maintained. I often strolled through them in the evenings. The proximity to the beach was a big plus. I could easily walk to the shore.

The in-room Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak. It made video calls challenging.

The hotel's access to Mactan Newtown's facilities enhanced the stay, though transport requires using shuttle service. The airport proximity is convenient. Travel time was minimal , made arrivals very easy. Beach access allows for convenient walks and relaxation by the sea. The views were magnificent.

I appreciated the quiet location. It was perfect for relaxation. the structure is near the sea, and there is also a pool available. staff were present and very hospitable. They addressed my needs quickly. the little restaurant inside was helpful for satisfying my cravings.
